How do I place an ad?
It's very easy to place an ad: click on the button "Post free Ads" above right.
What does it cost to advertise?
The publication is 100% free throughout the website.
If I post an ad, will I also get more spam e-mails?
Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.
How long will my ad remain on the website?
In general, an ad is automatically deactivated from the website after 3 months. You will receive an email a week before D-Day and another on the day of deactivation. You have the ability to put them online in the following month by logging into your account on the site. After this delay, your ad will be automatically removed permanently from the website.
I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?
Once your product is sold or leased, log in to your account to remove your ad.

Reporting an ad
From its page you can report any ad. The report button can be found on the right, just below the contact details of the seller. Please report an ad if you believe it to be:
1. Illegal or fraudulent
3. a duplicate
4. in the wrong category
5. against posting rules

I can’t find my Ad?
If you’re having trouble finding your ad,read this article to learn more.
It is sent to our internal systems after creating your ad. Depending on how busy the site is at the time; processing times may change. Please bear with us if it takes a little longer than expected. Once live, we will send you a confirmation email and a link to your ad.
Checking on Your Ads
You can find your ads in the ' Active 'folder in 'Manage my ads. ' If, for any reason, your ad is removed, it will be in the folder ' Inactive. '
Note: If you have posted a job ad, you need to log in via our Jobs homepage: https:/www. Bunjoo.com / jobs/ to your Jobs account. Under the Bunjoo Jobs drop down at the top of the page, you can then check ' Manage my Job ads. '
There are a few reasons why your ad may not be live:
Expired: 60 days of advertisements posted in Services, Job and Property. Advertisements for Community, Pets, Motors and For Sale will be live for 30 days.
Removed: If we believe it breaches one or more of our posting rules, ads will be removed from our end. An email will be sent to your registered email address with more information as to why this happened.
Needs Edits: Ads are sometimes placed in our end edit mode. We'll send you an email to let you know what needs to be tweaked. The advert is good to go once that's done.
Processing: Ads may take some time for our systems to go through. The exact amount of time depends on the ad and at the time how busy Bunjoo is. To let you know when it's officially gone live, you will receive an email.

What to Do If I’ve Been Scammed
Whether you have been defrauded by someone or believe you have found stolen goods, you should always contact your local police to report the incident and get a reference number If the police take this matter further, we will be contacted by the investigating police officer. We will do everything we can to provide any information to the police that will assist their investigation.
Before you go to the police
If your item has not arrived, fraud or stolen goods may not occur. You might just be dealing with a seller who is slow to send or keep in touch with an item. In either case, please try to contact the seller again to solve your problem.
Is it a crime?
If you report your case to the police, they will decide whether to investigate it as a criminal or civil dispute. If the police feel your case does not involve the other party's criminal intent, they may advise you to take your own civil action to recover your losses. This is done by a local court or tribunal dealing with small claims. You will need to know the other party's name and address for this. With this process, a police officer will be able to help you.
How do I make a police report?
The easiest way is to go to your local police station or call a non - emergency number to the local police operator.Your report can be taken over the phone in most cases and followed up later.You can also file for fraud and cyber crime, you can also file a report online through Action Fraud.
What evidence do I need?
The police may need these from you:essential details such as the nature, date and time of the offense, the victim's name and contact details and the suspect(s), Any exchange of emails between you and another person If relevant, the Ad reference number or a printed copy of the Ad on Bunjoo
Please get them to contact us if you decide to report a fraud to the police. Many of the police have our direct email and ask them to contact us through the Help Desk if they don't. Once you have reported it, Bunjoo is happy to help the police in their investigations.
How do I report something to the Police?

Most of Bunjoo's experiences are safe and successful, particularly if you follow our Stay Safe Advice. But not everybody has honest intentions, sadly, not everyone has honest intentions.
If you're concerned that your Bunjoo trade has broken the law (maybe you suspect goods purchased are stolen in good faith), or you've been the victim of cyber crime (maybe with a phishing email you've stolen money from your account), you need to report it.
Use these steps to help you decide when andwho to tell when to escalate your problem.
Try the seller one more time
They may have a good reason to respond slowly or send out your item. Speak your concerns to them. If they are genuine,you could quickly resolve the situation without involving the police.
Decided it’s fishy? Report it quickly
For goods you suspect are stolen: report it to your local police station or call 101.
For fraud and cyber crime: Report it online to Action Fraud or call 0300 123 2040.
In both cases, have the following information to hand:
1. Details of what’s happened,including names, addresses, dates and times
2. Details from the Bunjoo trade,like the ad reference number and any emails you or they sent.
You will get a reference number for the crime and you will get in touch with the authority you reported the crime to tell you what happens next.
The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau(NFIB) will receive a report on Action Fraud. They will evaluate whether there is enough evidence to investigate for the police or appropriate law enforcement organization, such as Trading Standards.
